According to the NDTV , Bigg Boss OTT winner and Youtuber Elvish Yadav Get Arrested by Indian Police Related To Selling Snake Venom–rave party case and remanded to 14-day judicial custody on sunday. Mr Yadav faces a case under the wildlife Act in Noida for arranging snake venom at rave parties. The 26 Years old youtuber , who initially denied any involvement in the case , has now admitted that he arranged snake venom at rave parties, said police sources.
What Noida Police Said
On Sunday Noida Police arrested Youtuber Elvish Yadav for providing snake venom at Rave parties. He has been sent to 14 days judicial custody. Forensic reports had earlier confirmed the presence of snake venom in samples collected from the party. Elvish Yadav and six others were charged with provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and IPC Section 120A (criminal conspiracy). Though Elvish was questioned earlier, the police had not arrested the former Bigg Boss contestant.
“We have found substantial evidence against Elvish Yadav and his involvement in supplying snake venom,” Noida Police said.
